FT-0-JB/2 (Companion)

Brazilian Rosewood/Adirondack Spruce

#2270912

I seem to love everything I make, but that doesn't mean they're all the same, though you probably can't tell from my hyperbole. I am mentioning this fact because this guitar is special, even specialler that the last one. I do think all of my single 0's made so far have outsized performance, resembling most OM's more closely that than most 0's I've seen, but this one should be named Napoleon because it may well conquer anything put up against it. This is because the bass is full sized, but the treble is bigger than full sized! And the treble is the cutting edge of the sword. I think I'll go try to make another one like this.

  • Brazilian Rosewood back and sides
  • Adirondack Spruce top
  • Honduras Mahogany neck and endblocks
  • Amazon Rosewood head plates
  • Ebony binding, bridge, bridge pins, and fingerboard
  • Koa purflings on all edges
  • Mexican Abalone top purfling
  • Abalone logo and fingerboard face inlays
  • MOP side dots
  • 1/4" discrepancy MultiScale (JB/2) Extreme scales are +/-25.4 and 25.7
  • Side Port
  • Celtic tri-ring rosette
  • Schertler machines
