This is Bruce Sexauer's 2004 "D'Works"

I imagined I was building a working man's guitar, and did what I could to meake this one affordable. It was indeed bought by a working musician, but price was probably not a deciding facter for Joe Satriani. He bought it for tone in the studio.
Made from East Indan Rosewood and Sitka Spruce, this instrument has simplified ivoroid  binding and a 2 ring rosette, and my voliute instead of Martin's.
I do believe this is the most balanced Dreadnaught I've ever heard. The sound is very free with a full yet not overpowering bass.
